Set Up a Discord Shop for Your Roblox Trading Community (Complete Guide)

Turn your Roblox trading Discord into a real business. Accept Stripe payments, auto-deliver Adopt Me pets or Blox Fruits accounts, track every sale — all without a website.

If you run a Roblox trading Discord — Adopt Me pets, Blox Fruits accounts, Restaurant Tycoon items — you probably lose 30–50% of potential sales to friction: DMs, back-and-forth negotiations, payment disputes, cross-timezone availability. A Discord shop fixes all of that. Here is how to set one up in an evening, with automatic delivery and Stripe payments.

Why a Discord shop instead of a website

Roblox traders have tried websites (Shopify, WooCommerce) and given up. The problems are universal: your Discord is where buyers already live, making them leave the platform drops conversion. Shopify stores need legal pages, tax registration, and chargebacks are nightmare. A Discord-native shop keeps the sale inside the community where trust already exists.

Additionally, a bot-integrated shop can auto-deliver the account credentials after payment — something a Shopify store needs a custom fulfillment extension for.

What you need

  • A Discord server with your trading community already active
  • Manage Server permission on that Discord
  • A Stripe account (free, pay-as-you-go — 2.9% + €0.25 per transaction in the EU)
  • 15 minutes

Step 1 — Add the bot to your server

Sign up at astero.gg, then from the dashboard click Add to Discord. Pick your trading server and approve permissions. The bot joins in under 10 seconds.

Step 2 — Enable the shop module

Go to Dashboard → Modules and toggle on Shop. This creates a /shop slash command in your server plus the admin pages for inventory.

Step 3 — Connect Stripe

In the Payments tab, click Connect Stripe. OAuth redirects you to Stripe, where you pick an existing account or create a new one. Astero supports Stripe Connect, so payments land directly in your own account — we never touch your money.

On the FREE plan, a 5% commission is charged on each sale. On STARTER (€5.99/mo) it is 4%. On PRO (€11.99/mo) it drops to 3.5%. On GROWTH (€24.99/mo) it is 3%, and on ENTERPRISE (€99/mo) it is 2%. These fees keep the platform running — everything else you earn is yours.

Step 4 — Add your first account/pet

Go to Shop → Accounts → Add new. Fill in:

  • Game — Adopt Me, Blox Fruits, Pet Simulator, etc.
  • Description — what is inside (e.g. "Neon Evil Unicorn + 5 legendary pets")
  • Price — in euros
  • Credentials — Roblox username + password (encrypted AES-256-GCM on our side)
  • Delivery notes — any extra info the buyer receives automatically

Once saved, the listing appears in your Discord /shop command instantly. Members can browse, filter by game, and buy with a single click.

Step 5 — Configure auto-delivery

When a buyer completes Stripe checkout, Astero automatically DMs them the credentials you entered. The order status moves to DELIVERED and the buyer has 24 hours to confirm receipt. If they claim "did not receive" after that, you can open a dispute from the dashboard.

The bot also posts a public confirmation in your #sales channel — proof for your community and social proof for future buyers.

Step 6 — Track sales and payouts

The Revenues page shows daily/weekly/monthly totals, top-selling games, and conversion rates. Payouts are automatic via Stripe Connect — you pick the payout schedule (daily, weekly, or 2-week) in Stripe.

Real-world workflow tips

Use the **ticket system** for custom orders

Not every sale is a pre-configured listing. For custom account builds ("NFR Unicorn + rideable pets"), have buyers open a ticket in the support category. You negotiate in the ticket, then manually create a one-off listing for that buyer.

Use the **promo** module for flash sales

The /promo command lets you set a 15-minute flash sale on the entire shop or a specific game. Great for clearing inventory or celebrating a Roblox update.

Use **vouches** to build trust

After a successful trade, buyers can run /vouche to leave a public reputation mark. Vouches are visible on your dashboard analytics and auto-posted in your #vouches channel. In trading communities, vouch count is the #1 signal of trustworthiness.

Legal and Roblox ToS considerations

Selling Roblox accounts violates Roblox Terms of Service. Roblox may ban the buyer or seller if detected. Astero as a platform does not endorse or enable this — the tool is content-neutral and can also be used for commissioned art, coaching sessions, digital downloads, custom Minecraft builds, and anything else a Discord community trades.

For full compliance, consider selling services (account coaching, achievement unlocking) rather than accounts themselves. Many Roblox trading Discords have pivoted to this model successfully.

Expected revenue

Based on early Astero shop customers (trading communities with 500-2 000 active members), typical revenue after the first month:

  • €200-600 / month for a small Adopt Me trading server
  • €1 500-4 000 / month for an active Blox Fruits shop with regular listings
  • €5 000+ / month for a multi-game digital goods server with 10k+ members

At €1 500/month, the 5% FREE plan commission (€75) is irrelevant. At €4 000/month, switching to GROWTH (€24.99/mo + 3%) saves €55/month vs FREE — worth it. At €5 000+, ENTERPRISE (€99/mo + 2%) pays for itself many times over.

Ready to set up?

The whole setup takes about 15 minutes. The FREE plan lets you add up to 50 items before you need to upgrade, so you can test with real listings before committing.
